i would say its lovely base for staying and exploring puerto ayora. overall the staff is highly efficient. whatever you need is this fairly quiet and comfy room with decent private bathrooms as well as shower. the location of the hotel in puerto ayora is marvellous and particularly good, near to the pier for departures to isabela island and the ferry and restaurants and the bus stop. also, the property is near a cove beach.

Every single thing was awesome. The staff were both AMIABLE and very attentive. The location was marvellous in a central area, close enough to the airport, and the central area. Moreover, Malecon de Puerto Ayora was at a short distance from the place.

I really enjoyed the charming and cozy atmosphere of Historico Hostal Elizabeth. The hotel's decoration was beautiful, with colorful artwork and traditional Galapagos decorations that added a touch of local culture. The common areas were well-maintained and comfortable, making it easy for senior people like myself to relax and socialize. Additionally, the hotel was easily accessible, with no stairs to navigate and conveniently located close to attractions and amenities.
I would have appreciated more assistance from the staff in terms of catering to the needs of senior guests. It would have been helpful if the children working there were more attentive and considerate towards the older guests, especially in terms of helping with luggage or offering any additional support that may be needed for a better vacation experience.

I always stay here. First time, staff found lost car keys. Perfect for me. Free Wi-Fi, luggage storage, outdoor dining, paid shuttle, kitchen utensils. Coming back for Christmas.

I had an amazing stay at a charming hotel in a fantastic location. The staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The bed was comfortable and the room was spotlessly clean. I loved having access to a communal kitchen where I could prepare my own meals. The views of the ocean were breathtaking and added to the overall experience. Despite some minor issues, such as a worn-out bathroom and the need for updating, the hotel's excellent location and helpful staff more than made up for it. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay in Galapagos.

The hostel was conveniently located near the pier and town center, making it easy to explore. the staff were dedicated and helpful, maintaining a clean and well-equipped kitchen. the free water dispenser was a bonus. the room had good airflow and a fan to keep us comfortable.
The loud bar next door played music, disturbing our sleep at times.
